For over two decades, I’ve helped companies get clear, confident, and revenue-focused in their marketing. My path wasn’t flashy, but it was intentional—from studying communications and psychology to leading marketing strategy across industries, I’ve always focused on what drives behavior and builds trust.
Before launching my own consultancy, I worked across sales, media, pr and event planning. I managed four executive suite offices (a precursor to today’s co-working spaces), overseeing 300+ client organizations, two receptionist teams, and a sales team. Later, I served as Sales and Marketing Director for an orthotics and prosthetics company, where I gained firsthand experience navigating regulated industries and complex buyer journeys.
How It Was Going
In 2010, I founded Grade A Marketing with a clear mission: to help small businesses maximize their internal resources while giving them access to senior-level marketing leadership typically reserved for big brands. Grade A focused on sales enablement and cross-channel marketing for B2B companies in tech, cybersecurity, healthcare, aerospace, and commercial real estate–adjacent sectors.
In 2021, I teamed up with my longtime collaborator and friend, Borzou Azabdaftari to launch NickelBronx, a brand-first digital agency based in the DC area. We have helped over a thousand companies find their brand edge and level up their marketing.
Where i am now
Today, as agency Founder and Chief Marketing Officer, I’ve seen a clear shift: while many clients still come to us for branding or campaigns, more and more are looking for something deeper—someone who understands marketing at a strategic level and who can offer leadership, perspective, and steady guidance as markets and business conditions evolve.
I work directly with c-suite leaders, new business owners, and lean teams who need more than just advice. They need a strategic partner—someone who can uncover missed opportunities, build trust with stakeholders, and turn marketing into a true revenue engine.
